Feeding the Homeless & Needy
Since September 2018 we have been serving the homeless and needy around every Thursday in Leicester City through our 'Hot Food Project'. We give whatever is donated to us such as (clothing & toiletries etc) along with a hot meal and a smile.
We give out 40+ meals every week to those who need it. Mainly we serve the homeless who sleep rough a growing phenomena throughout UK.
Global Mercy UK are not experts in solving the many issues surrounding homelessness, but we are making a difference to those affected by it.
Please donate what you can to this project it costs just £3 a meal or £120 for the day, thank you.

Essential Food Parcels
for the Vulnerable
Global Mercy UK provides Essential Food Hampers to the most vulnerable in our society. Every Wednesday we deliver 17+ parcels. The beneficiaries of the parcels are:

Families struggling to get by,

Housed homeless people,

Relocated Refugee Families,

& Asylum Seekers.
We do our best to give nutritious food as well as fresh meat with each parcel, obviously what we can offer is constricted to what we have.

Archive/Previous Projects: Orphans of Rohingya
After hearing that Jameah ibn Abbas, a boarding school in Lohagara Chittagong state, Bangladesh, rescued 400 Rohingya orphans from the refugee camps and is now solely in charge of their welfare, we wanted to see what we could do to help. The School takes care of their education, clothing, medicine, counselling and mentoring. Almost all of these innocent children have witnessed family members being killed, raped and forced to flee their homes as well as their country. Scared and traumatized they have endured much and many suffer from PTSD.
Global Mercy UK was honoured to have supported these children in this boarding school by providing them with clothing for one year.
